At Wednesday’s meeting with EU Ambassador Michalis Rokas, who handed over the European Commission’s 2024 Report on North Macedonia, the President, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, said the document painted an objective picture, adding that it was a reminder and roadmap when it came to reform priorities and areas in which further progress was needed.
She also stated that she hoped it gave a balanced mark of the country’s overall achievements. Institutions, the President noted, will pay attention to its recommendations and guidelines.
The President pointed to the importance, as her Cabinet said, of an objective evaluation of the reform agenda’s implementation and speeding up the country’s integration process on the basis of the principle of merits and Copenhagen criteria.
