At Skanderbeg Square in Skopje on Sunday, a protest march was held in support of the former KLA leaders, including ex-President of Kosovo Thaci, who were found guilty of war crimes and sentenced by the Specialist Chambers in The Hague.
DUI leader Ahmeti said in his address that the liberators couldn’t be sentenced in the name of their own people. He emphasized that the gatherings would continue throughout Kosovo, as well as in all areas where Albanians lived in North Macedonia.
Ahmeti pointed out that the entire issue should never have been initiated through what he described as Dick Marty’s shameful act.
