On Monday, the Political System Committee, upon an initiative of the Parliamentary Group of the VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition, made a decision to organize a public debate regarding the Public Prosecutor’s Office Bill. Ruling party MP Ljupcho Prendjov, who chairs the body, said it was about a very important law.
Regardless of which party they represent, MPs talk to citizens and know the judiciary is a major problem in society, according to him. That, Prendjov stressed, is especially the case when it comes to the Office, where due to the way it functions, many cases cannot be solved in court or and cannot even reach courts.
