Reactions to Developments during Kosovan PM Kurti’s Visit Continue

According to Kosovan President Vjosa Osmani, the reactions in North Macedonia to the developments in Cair and Tetovo during the visit of her country’s PM, Albin Kurti, are a consequence of misunderstanding. She expressed assurances that Skopje and Pristina would soon overcome them. During a visit to Dragash, she said the so-called Greater Albania flag was just a move by a certain citizen, not something organised.

Osmani called on institutions in North Macedonia, if they are concerned by something, to address it according to international standards for protection of human and non-majority communities’ rights. The Kosovan President stated that her country and North Macedonia had excellent relations. US Ambassador to Serbia Christopher Hill declined to comment on Kurti's visit to Tetovo.
