SDSM Accuses Mickoski of Isolating Country and Reopening Interethnic Topics

SDSM leader Filipche has accused PM Mickoski of isolating the country and of reopening interethnic topics and tensions at a time when, according to him, the government lacks results.

In an interview with Sitel, he says the current government’s policy is based on creating a sense of fear and vulnerability regarding the Macedonian language and identity, even though, as he claims, those issues were already protected by agreements reached during SDSM’s time in power. Filipche’s position is that an isolation of the country from European development and the perspective that citizens want is the cost of such policy.
