SDSM has again accused PM Mickoski and the Government of hiding decisions, contracts, invoices, and other documents related to, as it said, the spending of 5.5 million euros on the celebration of Independence Day.
“SDSM demands that the Public Prosecutor’s Office immediately open an investigation, secure all documentation, and follow the money trail and the manner in which decisions were made”, the party’s Keti Shterjova said at a press conference on Tuesday.
At another press conference, the party’s Bogdanka Kuzeska again leveled accusations in relation to the legal process over the Kochani fire as well. The captured judiciary, which is under Mickoski’s full control, is protecting its own while leaving victims and their families without answers and without justice, she stated.
On the other hand, VMRO-DPMNE said SDSM was politically exploiting the Kochani tragedy. In that regard, it asked why the party was silent about the 2021 Tetovo hospital fire.
