On Wednesday, SDSM again criticized the Government over, as it said, the decision to include U.S.-blacklisted Montenegrin businessperson Davidovic’s company, Hronos Sum, in its energy plans.
Spokesperson Kuzeska stated that SDSM’s Anticorruption Team had caught Governmental representatives red-handed in terms of preparing businesses with a man associated with money laundering and offshore networks.
However, VMRO-DPMNE MP Brane Petrushevski stressed that Davidovic had been linked to the previous, SDSM-led, ruling structure. He pointed to the 2020 leak of audio recordings related to then-PM Zaev.
The Government, Petrushevski noted, will immediately take all legal possibilities in order to prevent the company from building and investing in energy facilities, even though it meets all conditions and legal criteria.
