SDSM leader Filipche has fiercely criticized VMRO-DPMNE and its leader, PM Mickoski, following Parliament’s rejection of his party’s bill foreseeing ministers having only citizenship of North Macedonia.
“Yet another proof that Mickoski’s “pro-Macedonian” party, in which half hold Bulgarian passports, actually does not want to be Macedonian”, he says on social media.
In that regard, Filipche again points to the constitutional changes issue.
“The entire Government can be composed of Bulgarian citizens, but minorities cannot enter the Constitution. Enough with your lies”, Filipche adds, stressing that citizens are clearly saying they want EU membership.
