Postal voting for the diaspora opens up serious suspicions that the elections, whenever they are held, may be stolen, SDSM leader Filipche said in Wednesday’s interview with Sitel. He accused the Government of trying to push through changes to the Electoral Code without clear answers and without mechanisms that would guarantee a controlled and credible election process.
Asked about the 12:05 platform, he again said SDSM wasn’t planning to exclude people from its ranks who had joined the initiative. Filipche called on former officials to engage in debate within the party. That matter was one of the topics discussed later that day at the session of SDSM’s Executive Board too. The debate on the fight against PM Mickoski’s “criminal” cabinet should be held within the party, it was assessed.
