SDSM leader Filipche will reject PM Mickoski’s invitation to a leaders’ meeting to discuss multiple key issues, including Electoral Code changes, the process to elect the new Ombudsperson, and proposal to abolish the technical government model.
“There will be no meeting with criminals”, he stated on Thursday, adding that Mickoski was in a rush and trying to find an alibi to schedule early elections.
According to Filipche, what’s going on is a scenario his party exposed more than two months ago and has talked about it publicly since.
“Early elections, followed by migrants in exchange for money. There’s no money in the budget, the government is in a rush to take over migrants, to take out a six-billion-euro loan, in addition to 20,000 pounds per migrant, as reported by British media”, the SDSM leader underlined.
The caretaker cabinet concept, he underlined as well, must continue. Asked whether his party would participate in potential early parliamentary elections, Filipche said it would.
