SDSM Presents New ‘Scandal’, VMRO-DPMNE Refutes Allegations

SDSM’s Bogdanka Kuzeska said at a press conference on Wednesday that the party’s digital platform to fight corruption and crime had received 47 different reports from citizens from multiple cities in a single day. She also presented what she said was a new “scandal” and “shady” tenders worth millions.

In that regard, she said a company with just three employees had received tenders from the Government worth around 1.2 million euros over a two-month period.

SDSM believes that that is creating serious suspicions of non-transparent procedures, favoring, and corrupt tender scheming, similar to those in the previously presented cases. It’s about the company “Sigmoid Group DOOEL Skopje”, formed just two years ago, it was explained.

Kuzeska stated that the matter again concerned IT equipment. The company’s owner, she stressed, has a degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering’s Department of Mechatronics and Robotics, where PM Mickoski is a professor. VMRO-DPMNE, however, said SDSM was again presenting insufficiently checked information.
