SDSM: VMRO-DPMNE and ZNAM have Publicly Shown They’re against Solving Defenders’ Status

SDSM MP Jovan Mitreski has fiercely criticised VMRO-DPMNE and ZNAM, saying they’ve publicly shown they’re against solving the status of defenders.

As he said at a press-conference on Monday, the two parties’ parliamentarians voted against the item tasking Parliamentary Speaker Afrim Gashi with scheduling a session to solve the defenders’ status. According to Mitreski, the same MPs, when they were part of the opposition, would set conditions.

“Today, those same MPs that then, before the adoption of other laws, were referring to that as ‘political schizophrenia’ blocked the law to solve the status of defenders. These hypocrites voted today against defenders”, MP Mitreski stated.
