The SEC declared the 2025 local elections officially finished.
At the session, its President, Kondarko, stated that it was doing so after it had received the Administrative Court’s decisions rejecting all lawsuits concerning the Karposh, Brvenica, and Shuto Orizari mayoral races, i.e. the election of VMRO-DPMNE’s Sotir Lukrovski, VMRO-DPMNE’s Jovica Ilievski, and the Union of Roma’s Kurto Dudush, respectively.
The session also saw the presentation of the official results of the re-run process at three polling stations for Council seats in Shuto Orizari.
In the Council, VLEN, the coalition led by VMRO-DPMNE, and the DUI-led National Alliance for Integration each have four seats, while the three parties representing the Roma community each have one.
