The second session of the North Macedonia-U.S. Strategic Dialogue has ended. Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources Bozhinovska signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Deputy Secretary of State Landau, which will strengthen cooperation in the field of energy, economy, security, and technology.
“Since we currently only have one connection with Bulgaria, work is underway on the interconnector with the Republic of Greece. Furthermore, we will also connect with the Republic of Serbia, which means we will be a transit center as well and will be able to purchase American LNG”, she told Sitel.
Regarding the antimony project, Bozhinovka said the American investment would amount to five million dollars.
A Joint Statement has been issued as well, saying the Strategic Dialogue deepened the partnership between the United States and North Macedonia and advanced their shared goals of promoting peace, security, and prosperity.
