The session to elect Acting Prosecutor General, as a result of Kocevski’s resignation, has been postponed for Monday.
On Thursday, the postponement decision was made due to the absence of Council of Public Prosecutors member Jelena Dogazanska Koleva.
As a result of her absence, Council member Ermon Neziri proposed the postponement, stressing that the election of an Acting Prosecutor General was an important matter, which was why the election process should be carried out in the presence of all members. His proposal was unanimously accepted by the Council.
