The State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate has completed the extraordinary inspection at the Strumica Hospital, the Skopje Neurology Clinic, and the Shtip Hospital regarding the case of 19-year-old Stanka Mihajlova, who was left paralyzed following a C-section delivery.
A report has been drawn up and already sent to the Ministry of Health. That institution has already said that once the full factual situation is determined, conclusions will follow, while, if necessary, further actions will be taken.
Mihajlova’s family claims that the complications began immediately after the C-section delivery at the Shtip Clinical Hospital.
