On Monday, during a visit to the Tabanovce crossing within the framework of the EU’s project for vehicles for the Customs Administration, PM Mickoski stated that the Government would continue to support the work of the institution. He expects even better results to be achieved through the new equipment donated by the EU.
Mickoski said his message to those engaged in illicit activities was that the state would continue its fight against criminal structures.
At Tabanovce, the Administration promoted the completion of projects implemented with the action document “EU against organized crime, in support of trade”. The institution received four million euros in support from the EU.
21 vehicles for the mobile unit, five for the K-9 unit, and the forensic equipment will strengthen the institution’s capacities to combat organized crime affecting trade and supply chains, the EU Delegation said.
