The procedure for electing the President of the Criminal Court is underway. Judge Ivica Stefanovski, who was in charge of the Vanja Gjorchevska and Ivana and Katja trials, and Daniela Dimovska, the current Acting President, are the two candidates.m They presented their programs on Tuesday before the commission on the premises of the Judicial Council.
Commission head Ivica Nikolovski said the summarized evaluations would be submitted to the Council, which would be followed by a public vote for the election.
