On Thursday Interior Minister Pance Toskovski and Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic paid a visit to the Tabanovce crossing.
The former stated that there would be reforms and reorganisation aiming at a quicker flow of passengers. That, he added, will apply to all other crossings as well.
“One of the fundamental priorities of the new government, especially in the frames of the Interior Ministry, is an integrated system of border management in the frames of which, in addition to border surveillance, border crossings are included. So, a reform, reorganisation, digitalisation in this field will surely represent one of the Ministry’s priorities,” he stressed.
Dacic stated that both he and Toskovski would seek solutions to simplify and speed up the flow of passengers and goods.
