The Criminal Court rejected the proposal of the prosecution in the Additive case for merging of the procedures against the defendants, upon the new hearing over this case at the digital courtroom at the Idrizovo Prison.
According to the Criminal Court, the merging of the procedures would result with further delaying and dragging of the entire case, hence it shall remain into two split procedures.
The first procedure focuses on 30 natural and legal entities, charged with criminal association, abuse of official position, money laundering and declassification of classified information.
The second procedure is the case initiated against now former President of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) Tatjana Dimitrovska, and three other defendants, for disclosing classified information. The next hearing over this case is scheduled to take place on 15 September.
