U.S. Ambassador to North Macedonia Nicole Varnes congratulated citizens on the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence, emphasizing the importance of the partnership and friendship between North Macedonia and the U.S.
She said anniversaries offered an opportunity to celebrate progress while also looking toward the future and what the two countries could build together. She said both countries were working to strengthen their partnership and make their societies safer, stronger and more prosperous.
