After the Prosecutor’s Office’s closing arguments in the trial over the 2023 double kidnapping and murder of Vanja Gjorcevska and Pance Zezovski, Vladimir Gjorcevski, attorney for the late girl’s father, Aleksandar Tufegdzic, said the arguments had represented just a dry compilation of pieces of evidence that weren’t interlinked.
“You heard yourself that the only foundation of the Office’s charge regarding the father was that, at a given point of time, according to somebody’s perception, he had acted strangely and was strange”, he stressed, adding that there had been any evidence of involvement of Gjorcevski.
Therefore, as Tufegdzic added, considering the prosecution hasn’t withdrawn the charge, he expects the Criminal Court to reach a just ruling.
