Former Health Minister Bekim Sali will succeed Izet Mexhiti, as 1st Deputy PM, but VLEN also expects to get the position of Environment and Physical Planning Minister, a post Mexhiti held as well, prior to the start of his term as Cair Mayor, sources from the coalition have told Sitel.
For now, names haven’t been revealed, nor has there been information on whether there are talks with PM Hristijan Mickoski on other potential staff decisions.
Mickoski’s party, VMRO-DPMNE, however, has said there is no deal on the position of Environment and Physical Planning Ministry. ZNAM leader Maksim Dimitrievski, too, says there are no talks on staff matters within the ruling coalition.
