Haqim Ramadani, who was VLEN’s candidate in the Brvenica mayoral race, is no longer the Director of the State Local Self-Government Inspectorate.
On social media, he stated that he was seeking a job only in the private sector and that he had a higher education degree in economics. Ramadani was defeated in the mayoral race by VMRO-DPMNE’s Jovica Ilievski.
Previously, the ruling party’s leader, PM Hristijan Mickoski had said he would dismiss Ramadani over his rhetoric during a visit abroad together with DUI’s candidate in the race in an attempt to secure diaspora votes.
