In response to SDSM leader Venko Filipce’s accusations over the case of Artan Grubi, VMRO-DPMNE MP Brane Petrusevski said the opposition party was defending the ex-Deputy PM because he’d been the tool that had prevented the party from losing power as early as 2022.
“SDS[M], Zaev, who handed over the party to Dimitar Kovacevski and Venko Filipce, who succeeded the latter, would base their entire system of governance on DUI and Grubi. To stay as long as possible in power, they gave Grubi free reign for stealing,” he stated.
According to VMRO-DPMNE, only Filipce and his party took no issue with Grubi’s actions within the government.
