According to VMRO-DPMNE, four years ago, the cabinet headed by then-PM Zaev was offering to accept migrants in North Macedonia.
VMRO-DPMNE presented a video saying it clearly showed the then-government wanted to build migrant camps, while Filipche, the current SDSM leader who was then part of the ruling structure, wasn’t opposing that.
“This is the truth about the topic of migrants”, the party noted.
VMRO-DPMNE also said SDSM should answer how many migrants it had been planning to accept instead of spreading fake news. However, Filipche’s party said comments by PM Mickoski’s and VMRO-DPMNE officials were confirming the plan about migrants in the country.
