Drivers of vehicles with foreign license plates with recorded traffic violations spend a maximum of five minutes at the Tabanovce border crossing to pay the fine, the Interior Ministry said on Monday. Thanks to the introduced system and the option for electronic payment via the Safe City application, launched on August 20, the procedure has been significantly eased and accelerated, the institution added.
In another press release, the Ministry said that, together with the Road Traffic Safety Council and municipal councils, it was implementing the preventive campaign “Safe City – For Safe Traffic Participants”.
