The Skopje-based Komunalna Higiena (Communal Hygiene) PE says it has enough fuel, vehicles, and workers to clean up waste in Skopje. All administrative procedures have been completed, its new Director, Aleksandar Jovanovski, explains.
However, MTV1 stated in a 4:12 pm report on Tuesday that there were still overflowing bins in the central area, which obstructed the movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
The Trade Union, too, has warned that the PE is operating, from a vehicle standpoint, at quarter capacity, that is, it has 15 vehicles, 60 are needed. 1,300 workers are part of the activities to collect and transport waste from the bins in the capital.
