At its session on Tuesday, acting on a proposal from the Steering Committee, the Government declared a 30-day state of crisis in the Municipality of Gostivar. The Government expects the Public Prosecutor’s Office to conduct a detailed investigation and fully resolve the case, emphasizing that there had to be accountability for everyone who had put the health and lives of Gostivar’s residents at risk.
During a visit to Gostivar, Health Minister Klekovski said the number of examinations of people with stomach issues had halved when compared to Saturday. It is assumed that it is the result of the recommended measures for the population and the disconnection of the suspect sources, he added.
