Bulgarian PM Rosen Zhelyazkov has said he met, in Brussels, with Antonio Costa, adding that he received an assurance from the European Council President that when it came to North Macedonia’s obligations, the EU would adhere to the French proposal.
The Bulgarian PM points out that North Macedonia, through the identity and language topic, wants to circumvent the essential matters, that is, the constitutional changes process and protection of rights of Bulgarians.
