Janeva’s Dismissal Sitting Scheduled for Thursday

Parliament will review the Katica Janeva dismissal report on Thursday and it is still unknown whether the Committee on Elections and Appointment Issues will hold a closed meeting. Dimovski revealed that the Public Prosecutor Council report reached Parliament on August 30, and a day later they received notification that the document is classified. He announced that he will request the Council to declassify the document in order for its revision by the Committee to be public, otherwise according to Parliament procedure, the MPs can decide by themselves whether the sitting will be public. After the report revision by the Committee, the suggestion will go to the MPs at the plenary session and their decision will be sent to the Council of Public Prosecutors.
