Defence demands Recuse of SPO prosecutors in “Titanic 3” Case

The lawyer of Deputy Director of the Public Revenue Office for Skopje Ismet Guri, Elenko Milanov demanded SPO prosecutors Fatime Fetai and Gavril Bubevski to be recused from the “Titanic 3” case, as he claims, due to their ongoing confrontations and disagreements with the head of SPO and their superior Katica Janeva. However, Janeva decided to not recuse Fetai and Bubevski from the case, after which the hearing proceeded. In this case, DUI MP Ejup Alimi and Ismet Guri are accused for electoral fraud and destruction of ballots during the local election in 2013 in Cair, Skopje.
