Administrative Court Rejects Lawsuits of Alliance for Albanians, Integra

The Administrative Court of Macedonia (ACM) rejected on Wednesday all 75 lawsuits filed by the Alliance for Albanians related to the 2020 parliamentary election. ACM also rejected the lawsuit filed by the political party Integra. Political parties whose complaints about the parliamentary election were rejected by the State Election Commission (SEC) can file lawsuits about the same to ACM no later than 24 hours after they have received the resolution for rejection of their complaints by SEC. Earlier on Wednesday, the political party Levica filed to ACM 101 lawsuits in relation to their complaints that were rejected by SEC. Later in the afternoon, VMRO-DPMNE filed two lawsuits to ACM, another two were filed by the political party Democrats, on by MRO Worker’s Party and one from the alliance “Never North, Only Macedonia”. Alliance for Albanians filed 75 lawsuits, and there is also one lawsuit filed by a citizen for alleged violations of their voting rights. Once ACM processes all lawsuits, SEC will publish the official results of the parliamentary election.
