Four parliamentary groups have been formed in the frames of the legislative home – two each from the ruling majority and the opposition, as well as the Levica and DPA MPs, who aren’t in groups. Igor Durlovski is the only one registered as an independent MP on Parliament’s website. Though he’s part of VMRO-DPMNE, he’s not a member of the party. SDSM and its coalition, DUI, VMRO-DPMNE and its coalition, and the coalition between Alliance for Albanians and Alternative formed groups on Tuesday. Levica’s two MPs, Dimitar Apasiev and Borislav Krmov, and DPA’s parliamentarian, Menduh Thaci, will act as independents. The coordinators are: Jovan Mitreski (SDSM-led coalition), Nikola Micevski (VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition), Izet Mexhiti (DUI), Skender Rexhepi (coalition between Alliance for Albanians and Alternative).
