At Wednesday’s session, the Judicial Council unanimously elected Pavlina Crvekovska as the new President. She urged judges to continue to work responsibly, professionally, and honestly, while not being afraid of trying in accordance with legal regulations. As Crvenkovska stressed, judges that have done their job conscientiously and honestly have in her an ally in defence of their professional integrity. According to her, the Council will dismiss all judges that do their job unprofessionally and non-conscientiously. Citizens, Crvenkovska added, should know she will do everything to raise the integrity of the judicial system and increase, by at least one notch, their trust in the judiciary.
