Completion of Osmani’s Working Visit to Brussels

In continuation of the two-day intensive agenda of the working visit to Brussels, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, also met with the Co-Chair of the EU-MK Joint Parliamentary Committee, Andreas Schieder, as well as with the Rapporteur for Macedonia, Ilhan Kyuchyuk. The inevitable topic of the meetings was the latest internal political events in the country, but the talks focused on the European integration trends in the country and the attempts, but also the opportunities to move the whole process. The MPs underlined the strong support for Macedonia’s European perspective, the smooth flow of the country’s European agenda, the adoption of the negotiating framework and the organization of the first intergovernmental conference. At the meeting, Kyuchyuk informed Minister Osmani about the preparations for the new Resolution on the country’s progress, a document that is traditionally prepared every year by the European Parliament.
