Vice-President of Parliament, Goran Misovski, announced that the 88th session in which MPs discuss the proposal for Risto Penov to be the new Minister of Local Self-Government continues Wednesday after 12:00. Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski in his presentation to the MPs emphasized that he is convinced that the Government with Risto Penov in the area of local self-government will do much more in strategic policies both at the local and central level. According to the opposition, the government is once again defocusing the public, while the deputies from the government emphasized that Penov is a good choice and asked for the support of the opposition deputies. The proposal that Penov be elected as the new Minister of Local Self-Government comes after his fellow party member Goran Milevski resigned from his post for personal reasons.
