Kacarska Calls on MPs to ‘Take Responsibility’ for Constitutional Obligations

Constitutional Court President Dobrila Kacarska has called on MPs to take responsibility for their constitutional obligations and elect another three judges in order for the institutions to be able to respond to challenges concerning the rule of law and protection of human rights and freedoms. According to Kacarska, precisely because the Court has only six judges, there cannot be a majority of outstanding cases, while there cannot be action on cases to challenge the decrees concerning the Prespa deal and Language Law use. 130 cases have been formed in the frames of the case.
