Inter-Governmental Group on European Cooperation Meets in Skopje

The Macedonian-Bulgarian Inter-governmental Group on European Cooperation – Green transition, digital transformation and rule of law held a meeting on Monday in Skopje. Deputy PM for European Affairs Bojan Maricic, who functions as co-president of this working group, opened the meeting, pointing out that they have already established a solid base for discussions over EU integration, green policies and good governance. “Cooperation is key to good-neighbourly relations, and the new meetings and perspectives we have established mean that we nourish good relations and that we are willing to overcome our differences and reach agreements that will allow our countries to continue forward towards prosperous European future,” Maricic said. The meeting featured the signing of a Cooperation Declaration between the Bulgarian Ministry of Electronic Governance and the Ministry of Information Society and Administration of North Macedonia.
