The Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Dimitrov met on Thursday the outgoing Swedish Ambassador to Macedonia Mats Staffansson. As MoFA reports, Dimitrov thanked Staffansson for his contributions to the strengthening of the Macedonian-Swedish friendship and handed him gratitude certificate on behalf of the government and the Foreign Ministry. “Your contributions towards nourishing the friendship between our two countries will leave a significant mark on our society. We are grateful for your participation in the signing of the Declaration for cooperation between North Macedonia and Sweden back in 2017,” Dimitrov told Staffansson, expressing hope for further good cooperation between the countries.
