VMRO-DPMNE Resolution to Most Likely Be Part of 22 July Session

VMRO-DPMNE’s Draft-Resolution concerning the red lines will most likely be part of the 22 July session, Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi has announced. However, the opposition party tried to make that happen at Thursday’s session. In fact, that is Xhaferi’s first admission that the text has been received by him with the words “N. Macedonia” and is proper, and will therefore be part of a session. However, it remains uncertain whether the document will remain the same or a session will see the ruling structure modify it by using the constitutional name, considering that that’s SDSM’s condition. Also on Thursday, Levica said it would block all laws in Parliament coming from the Government. The reason is the agreed-upon citizenship law of Alliance for Albanians and Alternative, submitted by the Government with a so-called European flag.
