Session for Parliamentary Questions Marked by Accusations over Many Topics

At the session for parliamentary questions, held on Thursday, the Corridors issue was one of the key topics debated. VMRO-DPMNE MP Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova alleged that First Deputy PM Artan Grubi was breaking the Government Law as a result of his calls for employment in the frames of the Bechtel and ENKA project.

In response, Grubi said that during VMRO-DPMNE’s rule, whenever there was a presentation of a foreign investment, ruling structure members such as then-PM and then-Finance Minister or other Government member had called on citizens to apply for jobs.

“Nothing is different with this project, funded by the state, which enables over 2,000 jobs for our citizens,” he stated.

The session also saw accusations over other topics, including the East Gate Mall shooting, sexual harassment in the higher echelons of the Army, as well as the Criminal Code changes.
